at the moment, each user can:
Have only five devil fruit users (and these can only have one devil fruit each)
Have only two chars that are captains (this rule doesn't apply to admins, because that's the only perk to being one)
Have Only one Haki char
Haoshoku Haki is not allowed unless a specific requirement is met. Pm an admin for this requirement.
Have twenty chars max (that's the limit, not the goal)
Do not describe your characters as looking like or having features/clothing similar to any canon characters, instead describe the features/clothing in detail
Do not make your character related to/associated with any cannon characters if you wish to reference one in a character you must ask an admin's permission to do so
Character appearances that are "copies" "twins" or "clones" of characters from other media, such as Naruto, Bleach ect will not be approved, period. If your not going to make a one piece character why are you in a one piece role play? Futhure more do not describe characters as being "like Luffy" or looking "similar to Zoro" ect.
Your bounties must be warranted, a character who has no record of committing any crime in their history wouldn't have a high bounty
The quality and detail of characters is highly valued, longer more well written characters will be approved faster but lower quality ones will not be deliberately ignored
