Capabilities: The Control-Control Fruit is one of the deadliest Paramecia that exist. Although it does not echance the abilities of the user in terms of strength by granting them unique abilities like creating Earthquakes, it allows the user to manipulate the minds of other people (NPCs ONLY!). However, the thing that makes the fruit more dangerous is the user's ability to enter the body of a person he already controls to take it over and adapting to their abilities in an instant, just by thinking of them. When the user takes over the body, he can still control the minds of people he controled before but he is unable to manipulate the minds of other people unless he returns to his original body. In exchange of that, he can use the Devil Fruit ability of the owner of his original body if they had one. In order to return to his original body the user has to think of it and he will be back. NOTE: Canon characters cannot be controled.

You would also have to edit this so it couldnt control the Minds Of major Npc Characvters to get approved. Such as Luffey, Dragon or Red haired. Is this baned off don falmingo? cuz im pretty sure his is invisible strings that allow him to control people like a puppet and slash people with em.

But if you still want this fruit just edit it so you cant control end game characters and itll be approved.
