History: Shina was always a loner as a child. With no parents. She had to fend for her self. She was always fighting off adult males who tried to make her do untold things and other guys who tried to sell her to slavery. After a while Shia had become a pretty tough gal. When she was 13, her town was attacked by a group of pirates, one with the power of a devil fruit. She tried her best to fight off the normal pirates. But the Devil fruit user easily defeated her. Shina was then badly beaten and stomped on for about 10 minutes by the half beaten up crew mates. Just before the Captain delivered the final blow. He looked down at his chest, which had began to feel hot. A Fire lance had been thrown into his chest. The Captain then fell down dead. His crew mates turned around to see none other the Portages Ace. After Ace finished defeating the rest of the pirates with ease. Shina thanked him for his help. He then gave her his hat, in honor of trying her best to protect her home town. Ace then left the Island, leaving his hat in her hands. 1 month had passed and Shina heard that Ace was going to be executed, the day of! She prayed that he would be saved by his father Whitebeard. Sadly, She heard the same day that they both died on the battle field. Shina weeped for that entire day. The next day, Shina came out her house with a bright smile on her face. She then yelled out to the townsfolk saying "BYE EVERYONE! I'M GONNA GO BECOME A PIRATE!" At that, Shina set off on a quest to become a famous pirate just like Ace was! And Have Namaka that would die to save her.
Personality: Shia is a Cheerful, Joyful, Energetic Young Girl. She shows little self control when it comes to getting fustrated, when she fails at little task
and such. She'd do anything for her namaka. Even jump into the sea to save them. She has a strong since of Justice but a low tolerance for obeying the law.
She steals and cheats, but not from the old or the poor. Only from the rich and youthful. She is normally very loud and talkative. Shina also has shown a very
very...very short attention span. The only time she will pay attention is if its something she's interested in, like Ace.
