Character Description:.
Deviant is 5ft 7 and weighs 9 stone. He has long wavy dark brown hair which is usually very scruffy. He has some facial hair which is more like bum fluff. Very pathetic facial hair which grows but does not join up. He has a light whisper of a moustache, sideburns and hair which grows on his chin and down his neck a little bit. He has hazel coloured eyes which are very rarely fully open and often half closed. Deviant looks very sleep deprived allot of the time and has rather large dark bags beneath his eyes. Thin black eye brows and a pointed chin. He has a strong defined jaw line and olive skin tone. His body looks incredibly weak and pathetic especially when clothed. His body is riddled with scars and scabs which he often picks. He has a longer 2nd toe on each foot which aids in agility. He is often seen slumping over or lounging in one way or another and wears a a white sweater which is thick and keeps him warm and on the right sleeve he has a small black O starting at the elbow then a slightly bigger black O further down and on the bottom a bigger black O with two black horns and two evil little eyes. On the back of his neck he has the last demonic circle tattooed. The sleeves to his jumper are slightly longer than normal and cover up half of his palms. His trousers he wears however are black and have the same pattern on his right pant leg only bigger and white in colour leading from the knee down to the bottom. He wears a slack belt around his waist with the bottom circle as his belt buckle. The buckle is black with a white lining and on his right wrist he wears a pair of padded seastone cuffs only padded on the cuff he wears the other cuff hangs freely and loosely which makes it harder for him to sneak. He wears nothing on his feet as he prefers to feel the ground beneath his feet as he feels it helps him with his deductive skills.

Personality:.
Deviant is an imbalanced genius who knows he is right almost 98.9% of the time and hates to lose. He isn't the greatest winner either. Everything he does he does for a reason and has an incredibly weird diet. His favourite thing to eat is peppered or spicy salami despite hating the burn he gets on his tongue. He doesn't like eating much due to the fact that he knows if he does he feels incredibly bloated and lazy. He doesn't know what he is afraid of and likes watching people follow his command, enjoys a good game of wits and formulating strategies and even loves figuring them out too. He is unusual and does things out of the ordinary and knows it. He apparently is an incredibly attractive person to many women but has never had any interest in any form of any relations at all as he feels they are a pointless distraction and that the only reason he would ever consider a relationship would be for the purpose of continuing his genes other than that he feels no reason. He seems like a lazy, incredibly tired, lazy and useless little man however he has allot more to offer than people think from looks and he knows it which he often uses. He has slight bouts of insomnia and very strong problems wihth sleeping due to his mind constantly calculating and working away.

Character's Bio:.
Growing up in the South Blue Deviant was born under the name Othello. His parents had always thought that both of their children would grow up to become strong soldiers in the forces however those plans were not meant to be. As he grew up Deviant had a brother who straight out of school joined the forces. He wasn't as keen and took a while to be convinced to joining. He had always acted strangely because eh just did things out of the ordinary naturally. His parents noticed this and thought maybe sending him to the marines might help him but after the psychology test and the Rorschach tests he was denied access due to being mentally unstable. Deviant wasn't bothered to hear such news and shrugged it off. His parents however were furious at the news and tried to help but at every single attempt he refused till finally he snapped and told his parents off for their constant attempts. He left home and decided to start travelling. He travelled around the South Blue where he visited a monastery which he stayed in for a total of 7 years. As he stayed there he managed to learn how even with his out of the ordinary personality he should be accepted by people and when eh was it made him feel more comfortable about himself. Whilst he was there he started to notice people's facial expressions and started to learn how to read them and how he noticed that he had good observation skills. Often he found that he was right, it seemed to prove to be a skill he was born with but never noticed till this moment in time when his mind was more calm than it had ever been.

Whilst living in the monastery in the mountains he quickly learnt how to climb and parkour. He learnt it quickly due to having a Kinetic learning ability. He did fall a few times and his body was broken a few times such as broken limbs which were repaired over time but none of these stopped him from trying to perfect his climbing abilities. He became a good skilled climber and showed great promise in his skills. As he remained at the monastery he questioned what would happen in the incident of an attack and when it was revealed that they had no plans he took it upon himself to study the human body and fighting styles. He studied a few fighting styles and how they worked. As he looked at how they worked he pointed out something which would prove to be effective and that was the fact that most combat types showed use of force to inflict pain on another. Looking at this he decided that a fighting style in which the user simply redirected the momentum would be more useful and started to train himself on using the momentum of others. As he trained it up he didn't quite perfect the fighting style but he did manage to come up with it and a few other techniques which proved useful when in combat. After his time at the monastery he left for home. On his way home he realised how a ship was his only way home and he felt much better about himself. As he climbed aboard ships exchanging at docks he picked up a book which would teach him magic as he figured he could use it to become a magician as a job when he arrived home. However as part of the tricks he read about he managed to figure out how most where done before finishing reading and even discovered afterwards that one of the tricks involved lock picking. He managed to pick up that hint which he doubted he'd ever need. As he reached home and opened the door he did however discover his parents were no longer at home.

As he searched the house he noticed how things were off and as he searched the draws he found letters which were from his brother and then some which were from the army stating his brother's condition. He managed to learn how his brother was enjoying his time in the army at first and then from observing his words he noticed quickly how his writing changed and the words he used changed before finally reading letters about how he was locked away in prison & even under going re-rehabilitation. Shaking his head Deviant wasn't surprised but he found one last letter from his brother stating that their parents had been murdered and it was all his fault from his brother Lesol. The letter said that he had managed to kill the murderer of their parents but he doubted it since he knew what Lesol was like and he realised that if they hoped in catching the killer that it would probably be best if he used his own skills to find the man. As he started searching the house for things which were off he noticed how there were marks on the furniture and even on the floor boards which helped him play out what happened. He even managed to see where greenery was only just growing back or had died and thus was able to figure out roughly any attacks which may have been on his home and parents. With that knowledge packed away in his head he made a point of breaking into the local marine head quarters so he could scan the marine's security den den mushi tapes.

Breaking in late at night he used the skills for climbing he'd learnt and pick locking to break in and sifted through paper after paper from desk after desk till he finally stumbled upon a large amount of tapes. He spent the night attempting to see any new faces appearing in the town and tracking their moves. As he'd been up all night searching through papers he managed to solve about 11 crimes that night which hadn't been solved before hand and when he discovered the alibis as to why they couldn't be his parent's killer he threw them in a pile on the side. When he finally started to see footage of a person he assumed to be the killer he discovered that the man might be dead and checked through papers. As he did so marines busted in to catch him red handed. Throwing Deviant into a cell and questioning him he answered honestly as to why he did what he did and mentioned he'd lost track of time which was why he was still there that morning. When the marines discovered all of the information he'd learnt about the marines they wanted to stick him in prison and as they returned to the holding cell to find out he had already escaped and was continuing his search they started thinking about giving him a bounty of 3o,ooo,ooo but when the realised what he knew and how he had solved a large range of their crimes they asked him to join the marine corp.

Refusing he made mention of wishing to help them but not wanting to accept any credit for the crimes he'd solved. He said he wanted to become a detective and they tried again to convince him but he could read their facial expressions and saw they had ulterior motives to mould him into the perfect marine and he at the moment didn't like it which is why he declined the offer to join and chose to lead his own investigations. He knew they wanted his help and wouldn't let him go so as he left he offered them one simple option that he would work on his own as long as they funded his investigations and gave him disposable marines when he needed them. The marines agreed and Deviant asked them to call him Deviant to keep his brother safe as he didn't want his brother getting into trouble for sharing a last name.

Seastone Bracelet-As a foe attempts to attack the user slaps the free seastone cuff over his foe's wrist or other limb.
Paper Stance-Using the qualities of paper when any quick attacks are sent his way he allows his body to act like a sheet of paper in an attempt to avoid the attacks, whilst using this technique he is however incredibly prone to tripping over his feet.
Sleep Defence-Using the qualities the body has when relaxed/asleep the user relaxes his body to the point where if encountering impacts the pain is halved.
