History:Mr Blue Grew up in a nameless island with thousands of blue gorillas.He Was a chieftain a very smart Blugori. Defeating many sea kings, and protecting his tribe. one day he failed as Poachers from the world government captured him and put him to work in Impel Down, eventually learning to speak, He killed countless prisoners and used his cunning to figure out where they were headed. Never receiving any praise he dove under water to catch a seaking for there daily meal. he was injured and swept away in a current, Finding himself on a strange island he found some strange Fruit, eating the Hie Hie no Mi devil fruit (Chilly Chilly Fruit 'Ice) He discovered he had the abillity to make ice. After training on this island awhile Mr Blue Made an ice bridge on the ocean and traveled to seek out him homeland.
Personality:Mr Blue Is very sad person, not being able to save his fellow Bluegori, he is very depressed doesnt want to do anything but his goals push him to do so, will sigh or say ahhh i don't really feel like doing anything. or when he attacks people he commonly sigh's " you poor soul your going to die, what a sad cruel world this is" normally his opponents are dead before he finishes his sentence.

1)Ice Age,places his hand to the ground and uses his ability to instantly freeze an entire huge area turning it into an cold, frozen wasteland. Not only does it freeze the area, but anything and everything in the area, including living organisms, into completely frozen statues
2)Ice Time,touches his opponent's body, then freezes them into a human ice statue. They can remain alive for some time in their icy form, but any decent hit will shatter them to pieces
3)Ice Spear Frenzy!,creates several spears of ice and then hurls them at the enemy
4)Ice Time Capsule, sends a wave of ice along the ground, anything it hits is frozen in place
5)Ice Ball,freezes his opponent in a giant sphere of ice
6)Blue Bomb:Freezes A massive size cloud. The frozen cloud falls from the sky and hits everyone who cant escape in a mile radiance.(requires a cloud)
