Makai Kasai is a tall 7’5 foot male with pale white skin whiter than snow and cold to the touch. He wears a long black battle robe with black silk trousers, white socks and black battle slippers. Over the top is a long black cloak with a high neck band that covers the lower half of his face just stopping above his neck and under his eyes.
On his head he usually wears a wide brimmed black hat. The hat his tipped covering the rest of his face only showing his eyes. His eyes are crimson red as red as blood and demonic. Inside his irises are black slits resembling the irises of a snake. His eyes have no emotion in them what so ever they are just blank. When one gazes into his eyes all they see if an ocean of darkness and coldness sweeping over them. His hair is pitch black and spiked flowing down to his mid back held in a ponytail. When his hair is not in a ponytail it reaches the ground growing longer with his release form. He has an athletic body but is know where weak physically. His skin is snow white even whiter than even snow. He has long edged fangs sticking out of his lips. His nails are slightly longer than normal and black.
Makai has scars all over his body back to front from his numerous battles. He has a large number of tattoos covering his body. On his back he has the kanji for 'lightning' engraved in his flesh. Makai's entire muscular form isn't that large but he has trained his muscles to the point they are perfect he isn't alrge but his muscles are condensed giving him raw physical strength and speed.

Makai was born on the island of Baterilla on the nineteenth of November. When he was born his parents called him a demon a curse once they saw his pale skin and dead eyes. His eyes were like gazing into a void of darkness as they held no emotion what so ever. He didn't cry when he was born he was still looking about with his dead eyes making many gasp. While he was in the hospital he never cried one always just laying in his crib as if he was waiting. A week came to pass and his parents never came back to pick him up leaving a note in his crib calling him a demon that deserves death. The hopsital put him in the orphange.
Makai grew up in the orphange lonely. The old lady that run it hated him all because of how he looked all the other children always ran from him in fear. During adoption day the couples always ran away from him as well calling him a demon that should die just as his parents had when he was born. Unknown to many he had been always aware since birth having a higher IQ of 210. He had a photographic memory allowing him to recall the events of his birth and being called a demon by his birth mother. When he turned four days makai stopped going to the adoption days deciding to head to the towns library to read. Many often glared at him as he walked through the streets naming him the towns demon child. At the library he could often be found reading books that most adults wouldn't read always having a thirst for knowledge.
It was at the age of six that Makai decided to start training wanting to become strong saying if the island wanted a demon he would become a demon he would be a demon that would bew feared across all oceans just thinking of his name would cause fear through them. He would destroy the world and kill all who stood in his path.
Makai ran from the orphange and headed off into the forest. Makai spent his time in the forest training his mind and body having stolen books from the library on different martial art forms and sword forms. However Makai had forgotten to bring any form of food with him so he quickly became hungry after a week of training and resisting his hunger. He searched the forest for food struggling to move but pushed his body beyond its abilities it was as he got deep within the forest he found a strange white shaped oval fruit withj red leaves an lightning grooves along its body. Without another thought he plucked the fruit and ate it regardless of how disgusting it tasted he didn't care. It was at that moment he realised what he had eaten from the books he had read he had eaten an Akuma no Mi or Devil fruit. However he didn't curse this devil fruit he laughed. Makai began training to learn of the fruits powers discovering it was a logia type allowing him to control lightning and turn into it. With this fruit he would be able to accomplish his goal.
The years began to pass for Makai as he stayed within the forest coming down one a month to gather cloths and supplies stealing from shops even managing to steal weapons from a black smith mainly swords along with crafting material to forge his own weapons deep within the forest having discovered a hidden mine full of metals he could sue to create his own weapons. At the age of seven makai had started creating his own fighting style with the goro goro no mi called Kaminari no Houkou or Thunder roar when he wasn't practising this style he was training his body with hard physical training push ups, running laps, squats, pull ups, jumping jacks and various other exercises. he ahd read about perfect muscle build where one is not overally muscly but have more compacted there muscles.
At the age of ten he had completed his fighting style and had moved onto practicing with his devil fruit powers using various exercises to control his powers and create attacks. Makai spent five full years learning to fully use his devil fruit powers at the age of fifteen he had deemed himself done with his training. During those five years he had also practiced the art of the sword creating his own sword styles and forging his own blades seven tanto, two Odachi and a jagged sword he named Same no Ha. At the age of fifteen Makai began to explore deeper into the forest having seen an old cabin up atop a hill investigating he found out the cabin belonged to his father. Makai found the mans journal and discovered that his mother had told his father he had died during complications during birth. Makai was angered by this but continued to read back finding out his father had been a pirate crossing the oceans collecting items he had hoped his first born would use. Makai approached the chest containing all these items finding numerous dials from a place call Skypiea's his father had visited with his crew. HE also found an odd looking dark blue fruit a devil fruit. Having already consumed one Makai paid no attention to it and used what his father called storage dials tro store it away along with the other dials and some of his weapons. His father had lkeft behind one million belli in the chest.
At the age of sixteen Makai lived up in the cabin continued to train. It was during this time that he accidently summoned the devil fruit his father had and struck it with his sharp tooth sword. The odd thing was the two seemed to fuse turning his weapon into a living sword covered in shark scales allowing it to partially transform bonding with Makai the two having an odd connection between them.
At Seventeen Makai finished up his training and decided to leave the island but not before he showed those in the town true despair. He went on a massacre killing anyone and everything before him using his devil fruit powers to destroy everyone town he came across on Baterilla bathing himself in blood. He committed a massacre wiping out ninety percent of the islands populations before killing off the marines that came after him causing a blood bath bathing the ocean around the island red with blood. On one spot on the island the blood has mixed with the earth making it impossible for anything to live there. Makai took a boat and sailed off heading away to become a pirate.
The years began to go on as Makai travelled the oceans by himself. Now and then he would assemble a crew but only to kill them himself when he named then incompitant. He started to become known as many names being "Chi basu Makai aka Blood Bath Makai, Gyakusatsu no ō the King of the Slaughtered, Shinigami the God of Death , Raijin the God of Lightning and his main nickname Akuma no Makai or Makai the Demon. He gained the nickname Akuma no Makai for his blood lust in battle being called a demon in battle being ruthless and unmericful killing all he sees. The name Blood Bath Makai came from the many battles he fought that were nothing but massacres one sided blood baths. THe name King of the Slaughtered was given to him for being the only person with the highest number of kills the number he has killed the world government lost track after twenty thousand. The Shinigami was another name given to him as many called him the Shinigami itself coming down and collecting the souls of mankind. FInally Raijin the God of lightning because of his devil fruit powers. Makai has travelled the grandline for eleven years mostly by hismelf finding powerful foes and becoming feared. Now at the age of 28 Makai deems to show the World Government a True Demon and bring force chaos and destruction. Makai is wanted by the World Government as he has killed three Tenryuubito (Heavens Dragon Folks) the descendants of the 20 kings who established the world government.
Personality:
Makai is a very distant individual and choses not to speak to others often ignoring them. He hates the weak and will kill those he deems weak without hesitation. His eyes hold no emotion to them what so ever as he put all his emotions away and took on the motto that he will bring death and despair to all and show them the true meaning of despair. He is very cold, callous, dispassionate figure, and is rather aloof, brooding, and indifferent, willing to harm both his comrades and enemies should they ever get in his way. He refers to anyone he does not find interesting as "trash" and treats them as expendable. His cold demeanor allows him to stay completely calm and in control in most situations, and he is not easily surprised or caught off-guard. There is barely anything that angers Makai as thanks to sealing away his emotions he is nothing but a cold blooded killer. At times however his blood lust can get the better of him and he becomes a raging machine with the desire to kill anything and everything going on a bloody rampage often massacring entire towns and cities leaving none alive.
Devil Fruit: Goro Goro no Mi (Rumble Rumble Fruit)

The Goro Goro no Mi is considered to be one of the strongest Devil Fruits. The fruit's major strength, as with other Logia fruits, is that it allows the user to produce, as well as become the element they control. In this case, a consumer of the Goro Goro no mi is able to produce as well as become electricity. With this in mind, hey are able to attack with lightning itself. They are also able to avoid normal attacks by turning into lightning and allowing the attack to pass through then. Turning into lightning can also have the added effect of electrocuting an opponent. The user is also able to travel at a lightning fast speed and instantly reach distant places by turning into pure lightning. The fruit also allows them to jump-start there heart after it stopped.

Strength: Through his various forms of training Makai has gained perfect muscles that give him great strength equal to that of a fishmans
Speed: Through his vigorous training Makai's speed is beyond that of what it normally is even without his devil fruit. His speed allows him to move at such a speed he can create after images from how fast he is moving.
Combat Styles:
Kaminari no hōkō (Roar of Thunder): Is a style of combat that mixes the Goro Goro Ni mi Fruit with hand held combat. The consumer of the Goro Goro no Mi will use there powers to channel lightning through there body to deliver lightning enhanced hits. if it can be down with lightning this style can perform it.
Raijin no mai touryuu (Dance of the Lightning God Sword Style): is a style of sword combat that combines using one or two swords or more with the goro goro no mi fruit by channeling lightning into them to create lightning enhanced sword strikes or performing lightning based sword strikes. With this style the user can even use a large number of swords by holding them in different areas of there body for example holding a sword under there armpit between the fingers in the joint beneath there knees or at there elbow or using there neck.
Shikitouryuu (Death Sword Style): Is a style of sword combat that uses a large sword a sword often weighing five times that of a user and seems nearly impossible to swing.
KamiKen (Gods Fist): is a style of combat invented by makai that uses powerful and fast punches combined with haki. Makai invented this style to spit on the belief's of god and those who worship God.
Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Devil Fruit moves1) Rairyuu Uchiwake-ken (Rumble rumble: Lightning Dragons Break down Fist): Is a technique using the Goro Goro no mi. The user will encase one of there arms in electricty creating a large fist of electricty. They will punch mid air and shoot the massive fist to strike the enemy with enough force to break bones it also has the potential to paralyse.
2) Rairyū Hōtengeki (Lightning Dragons Heavenward Halberd): Using the Goro Goro no mi the person that ate the fruit will create a large halberd made of lightning in there hand. THey will grip the halberd and throw it with enough force to pierce human flesh and even metal walls.
3) Reijingu Boruto ( Raging Bolt): The person who consumked the goro goro no mi will generate raw lightning in the palm of there hands and shoot it upwards in the sky before it comes crashing down in the form of a giant lightning bolt on there enemies. The bolt contains three hundred million volts of electricty enough to kill someone
4) Raitoningu sattō (Lightning Stampede): using the powers of the Goro Goro no mi devil fruit the consumer will channel lightning to there head to create a large pair of bull horns. They will charge forward and can extend the horns to pierce through the target and to release a high power shock to them.
5) Kaminari honryū (Lightning Torrent): Using the goro goro no mi devil fruit the consumer will channel lightning to their finger tips and shoot ten powerful bolts of lightning that can cause third degree burns
6) Byakurai (Pale Lightning): Using the powers of the goro goro no mi the consumer will channel lgihtning to the tip of there right or left index finger and fire off a powerful concentrated bolt of lightning with enough power to pierce through human flesh with ease.
7) Kaminari Den (Lightning Palace): Using the goro goro no mi the consumer will release ten bolts of lightning into the air and mold them into ten spheres of lightning energy. These spheres can then be controlled and sent out to release bolts of lightning each orb can fire up to ten bolts of lightning before being destroyed. Each bolt of lightning contians ten million colts of electricty
Denki sukin (Electrical Skin): Is an ability granted by the goro goro no mi to the consumer. THis ability allows it so the user can not be harmed by lightning except the effect of deactiving the final form. This allows them to be able to use there powers easily while in natural form and not being hurt.
9) Kaminari hōden (Lightning Discharge): If the consumer of the goro goro no mi is struck by an electrical attack or by lightning they can send all that electricty right back into the ground by bringing it into their right hand and placing their hand on the ground.
10) Gyaku ni kaminari (Lightning release: Lightning Reverse): If the consumer of the Kami goro goro no mi is struck by an electrical attack or by lightning they can bring that electrical energy to one of their hands and send it right towards there enemy or back at them but twice as strong.
11) Kaminari BUnshin (Lightning Clone): Is a technique used with the Goro Goro no Mi. Using the power of the lightning devil fruit Makai will generate clones amde of lightning. Each clone is solid and capable of being used in combat. However one hit is capable of making these clones disperse when they do they turn into lightning to shock anyone near them. These clones when dispersed give all there memories to Makai perfect for being used in training.
- The Kaminari Bunshin has a secondary ability the Bakuha Kaminari Bunshin (Exploding Lightning CLone) where the lightning condenses and causes a large scale explosion. The explosion has the power of 10 C4 bombs.
12) Kaminariryuu (LIghtning Dragon): using the powers of his Goro Goro no Mi Makai will generate lightning from his body and creating a massive dragon made entirely of lightning with two long horns on its head. The serpentine dragon will roar and lunge forward opening its mouth wide. The dragon contains two million volts of electricty.
13) Kaminari Muchi (LIghtning whip): Using the powers of his Goro Goro no Mi Makai will create whips made entirely of lightning. He can create up to ten a whip extending from each finger.
Kaminari no hōkō (Roar of Thunder) techniques14) Kobushi o inazuma (Lightning Fist): Is a technique used with the Kaminari no hōkō fighting style. Channeling lightning into there fist they consumer will deliver a brutal punch to the enemy and release the stored of lightning or electrical charge sending it right through the targets body to double the pain from the hit. This technique can only be performed with the Goro Goro no Mi
15) Naibu kaminari (Internal Lightning): This is a technique used with the Kaminari no Houko. Using this the consumer of the Goro goro ni mi devil fruit with channel lightning into the tips of there fingers and perform rapid taps to the enemies body releaisng jolts of electricty to attack there interal organs and nerve system.
16) Sandā no shūen (Thunder Demise): This is a technique in the fighting style Kaminaro no Houkou. When used the consumer of the Goro Goro no Mi devil fruit will channel lightning into there knees or elbows. They will then rapidly attack the enemy sending numerous jolts of electricty coursing through there body increasing the damage from the hits.
17) Kaminari Arashi (Lightning Storm):The consumer of the Goro Goro no Mi will channel lightning throughout there body to perform a technique used in the Kaminari no Houko. The consumer will rush there opponent using the lightning to enhance there body to deliver powerful and fast blows to there opponents body. What will appear to be one strike will actually be ten thanks to the increase of speed from the lightning. They will deliver a barrage of hits releasing electricty into the opponents body aiming for their nerve system and organs to damage and destroy them each strike is capable of leaving third to second degree burns on the opponents flesh.
18) Raijin (Lightning God): The Raijin is a move using the Kaminari no Houko style of combat created by Makai. He will encase his entire body in pure raw lightning. The lightning will engulf his body like an armour. His attacks will be increased rapidly giving him five times his normal phsyical strength, physical endurance and speed. He can use the lightning to cut off his nerve system to stop him from feeling pain so he can fight for longer.
Raijin no mai touryuu (Dance of the Lightning God Sword Style) techs19) Raijin no mai touryuu: Sājisāji (Dance of the Lightning God Sword Style: Surge): makai will channel lightning into his sword or swords and rush forward at lightning speed. he will leapt up into the air and spin swinging down as he does releasing two bolts of lightning that spiral forward combining together and striking the ground sending debris towards the enemy the lightning bouncing off the debris. The lightning will strike the opponent and engulf them with one hundred million volts of electricty.
20) Raijin no Mai touryuu: Kaminari-en (Dance of the Light God sword Style: Lightning Feast): Makai will engulf his swords in his lightning powers making the blades nearly impossible to see from the am ount being channeled in. He will then shoot forth heading at the enemy before zig zaging letitng bolts of lightning shoot behind him. He wilkl spring up into the air and bring those blades down. The lightning coming from behind him will spring up and come descending down splitting apart into one hundred lightning bolts to all come crashing down on Makai's target. The total voltage in this attack is two hundred million.
21) Raijin no Mai touryuu: Kaminari dai gyakusatsu (Dance of the Lightning God Sword Style: Lightning Carnage): Using this technique Makai will engulf himself and his sword(s) in his lightning powers. He will twirl his sword(s) rapidly heating up the area making the sky turn black with storm clouds. He will raise his sword(s) to the sky and give a battle cry. A massive dragon of lightning will come descending down crashing into his blade engulfing Makai in the process. he will swing the blade downwards unleashing giant crescent moon shape arc of lightning. The blade will rush forward tearing the ground apart. As it flies forward Makai will charge from behind and swing his sword(s) in an upward swinging releasing the pent of lightning off into the sky. The lightning will come crashing down in the form of one hundred lightning swords all aimed a the opponents. When the swords hit the target or the earth they wioll erupt encasing a 10km area in 500 million volts of electricty.
Shikitouryuu (Death Sword Style) techniques22) Shikitouryuu: Sashisematta shi (Impending Death): Makai will grip his Shark Tooth sword and charge the enemy he will grip the blade and leap high into the air and coming diving down with the blade facing them to slice them right in half.
23) Shikitouryuu: Fūha (Wind Wave): Makai will swing his Sharktooth sword with such force that he will create a large gale of tearing wind blades that will even cut through solid metal. this mass of blades will shoot forward to shred the target
24) Shikitouryuu: Tsuchiha (Earth Wave): Makai will impale his same no ha into the ground and charge forward swinging the blade up tearing up the earth launching a large amount of debris at the target. As the debris flies in Makai will be in the midst of the debris swinging his blade to decapitate the target.
Kamiken (Gods Fist)25) Kamihira (God's palm): Makai will channel haki into one of his palms and leap up into the air. He will perform a downward palm thrust aimed at his target releasing the haki. The haki will be aimed to hit the target with such force it breaks all there bones and creates a massive hand print in the ground. It is called the God's palm as it appears to be the palm of god descending down on the target itself.
26) Shobatsu (Punishment): Makai will channel haki into the palm of his hands and use his haki channelling it to his feet to give him a speed boost. he will rush in and deliver a powerful palm strike to the opponents chest sending a powerful jabbing strike of haki straight to there heart in an attempt tp stop there heart and crush it.
27) Kokaijin (Penitent Man): Makai will aim Haki enhanced strikes to the opponents legs to disable them and cause great pain. He will shut down the legs to force the opponent to kneel before him as a Penitent man is humble before God kneeling before god as the fighting style is called Kamiken or Gods fist. Makai will finish up with a brutal palm strike to the forehead to shut down there brain and kill them.
28) Tenhi (Heaven's Light): Makai will channel haki into the palm of his hands creating twin white glowing spheres of haki. He will charge forward and let the spheres engulf his hands. he will deliver a powerful two palm strike to the enemies chest and release two large bursts of haki the haki will shoot right through the opponents chest tearing flesh to kill them. The last thing they see is a bright flash of light before death.The technique is called HEavens Light as many proclaim they see a bright light before death.
Invented Techniques
29) Jinsoku (Swift): Is a technique invented and used by Makai Kasai. He will channel Haki into his legs and use it to give hima burst of speed increasing his speed three fold. Makai starts off by going into a crouched position and channels haki into his legs before sprinting forward in a zig zag motion creating foot prints into the ground as he speeds forward. He is able to go up verticall axis's allowing him to go up walls and trees.
30) kane Suki (Metal Skin): Is a defensive technique used by makai. Over the course of his training he had his haki condense on his body turning his skin as hard as Titanium. He created this after witnessing the Tekkai ability of the Rokushiki techniques. However this surpasses the Tekkai as Titanium is far stronger than iron. However unlike Tekkai this technique is constantly active and only the strongest of techniques can break through this defence or cut Makai.
Defensive Techniques1) Kaminariheki (LIghtning wall): Using his Goro Goro no Mi Makai create a large wall made entirely of lightning infront of him to block incoming attacks
2) Kaminari Tama (LIghtning Sphere): using the powers of his goro goro no Mi Makai will generate lightning from his body to create a large sphere of lightning around his entire body. The sphere can be used as a form of transport or as a defensive technique.
