description: (It looks like the cloak Vongola Primo have in Katekyo hitman)
weapon special ability's:Mythical Zoan: model Phoenix, Blocks most of the things, and without harming the one who wears it and it cant be broken it just keeps repeiring itself can also turn into wings so the one who wears it can fly.
history: created by a old tailer, there is 4 of these cloaks, Vincent D. Angel has one. (yonkou cloak)

Im sorry but having the ability to bloke everything for an item is alittle to over powered. How about it creates phoniex fire to block on coming attacks?

Everything else is ok about this Items so if you change the block everything part. Its fine.
