Appearance: Bill is exactly 9'9 feet tall middle-aged man. He has a massive build and a big mouth and small eyes, that make his face look extremely funny on account there so small. His eye brows are huge, black, and thick, despite his small eyes. He has thick muscular arms that are rarely seen since he normally wears his Crimson Captains Coat over his shoulders. He wears tight grey pants that squeeze against his body. A thick black belt with a golden buckle thats the shape of his Ships Flag Icon keeps them up. He wears slender black boots, that have a yellow strap that keeps them on his feet. The strap goes all around his foot.
History: Bill became a Pirate when he was 15. For 5 years he let the rough labors of being a Pirate and countless battles beat him into the man he always wanted to become. One day his Captain and crew came up against an enemy that said, hand over all your treasure or face instant annihilation. The Captain refused to give up his treasure. Bill then attacked his Captain head on for such a stupid disition. The enemy Captain, saw Bill as a admirable man, and had him taken to his ship before he destroyed Bills old crew with there powerful canons. On his new Ship, Bill had a new out look on men and the meaning of Namaka. He then vowed to get his own crew and treat them with respect, like his new Captain did his crew. At the age 19, Bill ate the Yami Yami No Mi by accident during a feast. The fruit got slipped into a basket of fruit, that were all poisonous except for the devil fruit he ate. Bill then came to find out it was his Captains doing. He gave them the poisonous fruit so that he could make off with all there treasure and start a new crew. Enraged, Bill used the power of his Yami Yami No Mi and sucked his Captain into a black hole. At the age of 21, Bill had formed a crew of his own called the Shadow Fist Pirates. They were feared through out the entire seas. Since Bill spent most of his years destroying Towns and even some Island for fun. Pirates always tried to take them on to show they were superior in strength. But Bill alone was enough to take down fleets of crews. Even with out the help of his Devil Fruit. After the years passed. Bill's Strength, Control of his Devil Fruit, AND Crew. Grew ten folds. He now has been said to have "disappeared" from the surface of the earth. Along with his crew. Some say Leon Lexus killed him after Bill tried to take on Leon.
Personality: Is a very greedy and gluttonous man. He is self centering and heartless. He has no since of Justice at all. Nor does he believe in doing the right thing. He is apparently very deceptive, and does what ever he must to get ahead in life. Despite his obvious malevolent nature, he is also genuinely compassionate, caring, sympathetic and empathetic towards his crews well-being, he is willing to take assaults intended for his crew. Although when it comes to other people, he will easily tear them down to get what he wants. While at times his character looks strong and fearsome, in others he will seem weak and ridiculous.

Learned Techniques (Keep it 1-25):
Black Hole: Bill spreads his darkness over a large area and, much like an actual black hole, swallows up anything he chooses.
Liberation: Bill shoots out anything he current absorbed using Black Hole.
Shadow Fist: Bill will punch his opponent while having his fist turned into Darkness, thus, weaking the target for 2-3 post. For Devil Fruit users, they are not able to use there Devil Fruit for 2-3 turns.
Shadow Man: Bill will turn his entire body into Darkness.
Shadow Sneak: Directly after Shadow Man, Bill will travel the Shadows of other people and things. He normally uses this for sneak attacks or escaping attacks.
Vortex:: Bill will pull anything he desires towards him.
Shadow Sea: Bill will place his hands on the ground with his palms flat on the ground. He will the emit Darkness from his palms, spreading across the ground. Thus, he will absorb any thing that is caught in the sea of Darkness he has created.
