History:youri was an promising man studying on the best schools of his country till he was 17.
he learned many tactics and learned about archeology,he also learned some navigating but he was not so good at that.
after youri graduated the world government attacked his country,destroying the whole kingdom.
youri was one of the few survivors,he swore that he would take revenge on the world government, because not only was the kingdom destroyed but also(most of the)people who survived where enslaved.youri decided to train to become stronger and take down the world government.while he trained he heard about devil fruits,he knew he has to obtain one so his powers became even stronger.after searching and killing people h finally found an devil fruit,not knowing of the powers he would get(he stole it from an pirate crew,while the crew was off the ship)then he continued his training,also training his devil fruit.when he became 18 he knew he was ready to face the ocean,in his years of training youri made his money by not only robbing people/pirates but also trading,making maps,and working in the docks.he knew that he made a little fortune by his hard working and wanted an custom ship to be made for him.

Youri is gentle most of the time(especially when woman are around).youri also is shy when it comes to talking to people,he also dislikes to stand in big crowds.when he is whit an person he trust youri can easily change his attitude and change from shy to...talky.
