A man hated by all in South Blue..
His hatred for all began as a child... he was always bullied becouse of his abilitis and that he's parent's was dead...
Beaten, and ignored by all every single day, to one day a girl named Kairi began to talk with him.
He have never met such a nice and pretty girl in the world... They met each other every day since then.
Even that they got bullied they never split up.
Vincent decided to train martial arts so he could protect Kairi all the time, he wen't and trained Akido, Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Taekwondo, Mauy Thai and his powers..
He trained every single day, and Kairi came every day with food and was watching him train.
He became stronger and stronger through the years... those who tried to fight him ended up beaten, or half dead.
At age of 16 he was going to confess his love for Kairi, but found out she that she had been engage against her will...
"Let's escape together Kairi... just you and i!" He said to her with a confident voice and expression.
She was shy, but noded and answer'd "Okey." and hugged him.
He smile'd and was happy from those words.
He ran to his house to pack his thing, two hours later he came back to get Kairi and heard she was taken away by the navy... Kairi's father laught at Vincent.
Vincent couldn't belive his ears... she had left...
He couldn't take it... he killed Kairi's father with one punch which made a crack on his skull.
Furious he wen't berserk and killed everyone in the village! the navy and marine tried to stop him but ended up dead... he wen't home and took his father's revolvers and shot everyone that was wounded...
The marine surrounded him and tried to kill him... Vincent ended up with using his power and blow the island up...
He stole one of the navy ships and heade out to the world insearch for Kairi
2 weeks after the so called "Incident in South Blue" What navy says, he ended up as a wanted man...
He travled to grandline and headed for arabasta, and found a new life there...
He heard that Kairi had become a mother... and noticed she was happy now, so was he... he knew he would just couse her lot of trouble and that she would be more safe if she was married to the Navy guy.
It had gone 2 years now since he came to Arabasta, he became a hero there even that he had a bounty of 100,000,000 belli he was hero there.
He met a girl there which he had fallen inlove with, her name was Scarlet Storm, she was beautiful.
She had long brown hair, white skin, blue eyes and a smile of an angel, she made him more happy then befor (She's an NPC).
They got married, and was together for a half year, to one day the marine found out where he was and came for him...
he told Scarlet everything than left so she wouldn't get target...
When he got away from the marine in Arabasta they followed him... 10 ships was after him, he blew them all up in an instant then disappeared for 1 ½ year...
He heard that Scarlet had gone out to sea and searching for him and that she's a Akuma no mi user... she was Sand human, and that she had become a pirate...
Personality:
He's very silent peson,and Vincent disagrees with what people says about "good" and "bad" in the world. Instead, Vincent strives to uphold his own ideals (described as Moral Justice) whenever possible.
He always read's a book and he never change reaction, his always cool and quiet.
He doesn't talk mutch, only when he needs to.
He only cares about himself and his best friend(a little bird), He can be really cold sometimes and ignores the people that talks to him...
He doesn't seem to be intressted in anything more then reading.
But he can be really loyal, but he will only be loyal to someone if he meets a worthy person to listen to... else he ignores them.
He can sleep standing and with opens eye's, it can look like his awaken but you can hear him snore.
But he mostly drinks tea(any kind of tea doesn't matter he drinks them all) and reads his book.
Even in battle he is still calm, cool, quiet and confident.
The only time you can see him change face and him if you put Kaylee infront of him.

Pad Ho (圧力（パッド）砲, Pado Hō?, literally meaning "Pressure Cannon"): Vincent repels the air around him, sending a devastating shockwave toward his opponent. The shock wave can travel directly through the body of the victim and continue into the distance, leaving paw imprints in its wake. Anyone and anything that is in the path of the blast receives damage.
Tsuppari Pad Ho (つっぱり圧力（パッド）砲, Tsuppari Pado Hō?, literally meaning "Slapping Thrust Pressure Cannon"): Vincent first plants both feet firmly on the ground by means of a sumo-style foot stomp. Then, throwing his palms forward multiple times, Kuma fires a vast number of "pressure shots" at the enemy. The way he pushes his palms forward and the stance he takes while performing this technique resemble those used commonly in sumo wrestling.
Ursus Shock (熊の衝撃（ウルスス･ショック）, Urususu Shokku?, literally meaning "Bear Shock"): Vincent gathers air with his palms and compresses it into a giant bubble which resembles a paw-print. Once the bubble is compact enough to fit within his hands, he releases the compressed air and sends it toward his opponent. The air quickly decompresses, causing a massive explosion in the form of a bear paw. The force of this blast was powerful enough to knock out most of Vincent's targets on Illusia, as well as encompass the entire island and a sizable portion of the ocean.
Haki Resistance: He can resist power of the Haki easy.
